Varin Buff – the sharpest critic. Sometimes Varin
seems to be in another galaxy. But that‘s when he
comes up with a brilliantly simple idea to solve a
problem. Five seconds later, he clicks back into the
conversation and casually presents the solution.
With an untiring talent for turning brilliant product
ideas into cost-effective solutions, Varin also has a
gift for asking the critical and right questions that
drive progress. When he’s not thinking about
technology, he’s climbing or spends his vacations
sailing or diving.
Sebastian Tschabold – the one who dances with
the engine. A calm and thoughtful electrical engineer –
until someone shows up with a 2-layer PCB and
reports unexplained problems. Sebastian‘s work
is always clean and reliable. For almost 10 years,
he has been developing servo motor controls and
algorithms. If he were a doctor, you’d say, “A PCB a
day keeps the doctor away.” He lives for electrical
engineering. Sebastian is happiest around his
beautiful house, cooking at a Gaul Miau level
(imagine the hobby level of Gault Millau), gardening,
or tinkering with mechanics.
