The new Weller ZeroSmog Guard fume extraction systems are
designed for continuous, round-the-clock operation in professional
hand soldering applications within production environments.
These systems provide quiet, state-of-the-art filtration from
under the workbench, ensuring effective air purification and
maximum health protection for users. With a particle filtration
efficiency of 99.95% and the capability to filter various gases,
these devices offer comfortable, high-performance protection for
soldering in production settings.

Clean Air and Maximum User Comfort
The new ESD-safe ZeroSmog Guard extraction units offer excellent air quality
through efficient filtering of soldering fumes and gases. Equipped with a
powerful fan, these units provide clean air and effective odor elimination.
Weller ZeroSmog Guards are used with a medium-fine dust pre-filter together
with a main filter consisting of a particle filter HEPA H13 and a wide-band gas
filter. A pure gas filter option is also available to purchase.
The ZeroSmog Guard’s three-stage filtration system is designed to capture
small particles, smoke, and gases across various work processes: Harmful
‚fumes are efficiently captured through the nozzle and directed into the filter.
Larger particles are trapped in the pre-filter, while smaller particles are retained
in the HEPA filter (High-Efficiency Particulate Air filter). And a broad-spectrum
gas filter removes fumes and adhesives. The dangerous substances are
captured by the nozzle and processed through the filtration system.
